what? did their country just return to democracy? so what if Fidel stepped down? if i were a Cuban, i'd wait awhile before shaking my body and doing the conga beat.
note: if indeed Raul Castro relaxes the rules and made peace with the United States, will we see a return of Elian Gonzales (who might turn out to play beisbol for the NY Yankees in 2013)?
