The Other Mini
My friend Jason got this Archos GMini MP3 player (street price $210 average) for about $20 less. Not bad. He had me load up some music, so I got to play with it first. Screen does look a little amateurish - Apple still leads in style (and substance).

Sounds good ... if you use my Shure earphones. Didn't try the tinny, generic ones that came along with it.
