Finally closed my Columbia House (DVD Club) account - by phone. The website only directs you to call a 1-800 number, which is their last-ditch attempt to keep you as a member. I think the number is rerouted to New Delhi, or Calcutta, or Mumbai, because I was offered pitches for discounts and offers by this guy Sadik or whatever-his-name-was. Anyway, as Maricel Soriano once said in a movie, good morning, good morning, hello, hello and BABU!!!
