Nyahahaha.. I know who Giada is, geek. She taught me how to make meatballs. She's right. Bread crumbs soaked in milk do make them more moist.

In fact Ive tried more Giada recipes than Nigella recipes. That's because Giada calls them eggplants instead of the snobbier aubergines the nigella calls those vile, nutritionless veggies from hell.

But like Anna Kournikova when it comes to tennis, I wasnt talking about cooking then. Nyaahahahaa!!
